Pamela's Story
Life
After getting a divorce, I met a great guy, Jay, who convinced me that there may just be more to life than just the 9-5 job and house and church work. I've been able to do some travel/living in SE Asia and went so far as to dispose of most of the contents of my 2 thousand square foot home. But, after almost two years, we're ready to put down roots and have just bought a home in East Hartford CT, close to family, friends and favorite shopping destinations for fresh foods. Y state and Adam just got engaged, bought a condo and is trying out the EMT field. (He sits in the ambulance not too far from our new home, waiting for calls, thus every time I hear the sirens, he's on my mind! Who woulda thunk?)
No grandchildren, yet. All in all, life is good! When I finally get my sewing room together, I will continue creating quilts (my passion!!) and Jay & I will begin planning our '08 winter getaway, possibly in Panama and Buenos Aires. Jay has lived in many spots around the globe, but never traveled to South America so it'll be real interesting!
